To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories included.
Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
Items that show signs of misuse, improper installation, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

We’ll arrange for a repair or send a replacement product, depending on the issue and stock availability.
