To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories included.
Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
Items that show signs of misuse, improper installation, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
If your light is defective or damaged:

Provide a brief description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the product.
We’ll arrange for a repair or send a replacement product, depending on the issue and stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly shipped by us.

Refunds are issued only when required by South African consumer protection laws, such as the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
