3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship nationwide across South Africa using trusted couriers such as Courier Guy, Paxi, or Pudo. Delivery typically takes 5-7 days from order confirmation. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which are clearly displayed at checkout. Santa’s Workshop is not liable for delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping information provided by you. We aim to dispatch orders promptly but cannot guarantee delivery times.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We stand by our products with an open-door policy for repairs or exchanges. If your decorative light is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 7 days of receipt at 0834915531 or santasworker@gmail.com to arrange a repair or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition with packaging. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the product is faulty. Refunds are not offered unless required by South African law.
